2025 – Present

Toronto

  • Design lead for pricing, packaging and monetization across two product teams and five partner orgs.

  • Owned the three-phase user add-on model for Plus 2.0, the company's new top-tier plan (shipped July 2026), decoupling paid seats from assigned users. Of 7,361 providers prompted, 22% adopted and under 3% churned in month one.

  • Ran foundational research with 10+ service providers and defined the pricing primitives (service, package and option) behind every quote; the model became the basis for a Staff-designer-led initiative.

  • Reframed the quote builder after testing showed 93% of providers need to offer clients a choice, yet 68% relied on workarounds and 25% left for Canva or PDFs; built tiered options directly into the quote, now in alpha.

  • Co-presented Plus 2.0 pricing to C-suite, VPs and directors and won buy-in for the customer-facing approach; run weekly design critique and built AI-assisted workflows now used across the team.
